T1ckets and Entry
This is just a courtesy reminder
General Entry
When attending The Messy Patch, please ensure all people attending the play session are booked, including both adults and children. (Sitting babies have a discounted price, Crawlers+ are full paying)
Babies in arms do not require a ticket.
If we are running a promotion, the website will be updated with the relevant information (where no codes are required). Once the promotion has concluded, the website text will be returned to its original wording. We dont always like to send codes out so this is why we may put additional text on the pricing so that everyone gets a chance to come without using a discount code, as a general rule you will always be required to purchase an adult ticket when attending as a casual.
“Why do adults need a ticket if children are the ones playing?”
Although children are the ones playing (not always :)), adults are part of the experience. Adult tickets help cover supervision, safety requirements, space capacity, and the cost of maintaining a clean, well-staffed play environment for everyone. Every person in the play space is included in our capacity limits, which is why all guests require a ticket.

Play Pass Users
If you are booking a play session using a Play Pass, please ensure you are logged into your account at the time of booking. Otherwise, the system will prompt you for a card payment.
Please note that each Play Pass booking includes one complimentary adult ticket per visit, per day. Any additional adults or children not covered by your Play Pass will require a separate booking. We recommend creating an additional booking so these extras do not use your Play Pass credits.
Annual Members
When booking using your Annual Membership, please ensure you are logged into your account.
Do not add an adult ticket to your booking, as one complimentary adult ticket has already been added in the background. If you have added any additionals to your booking (children or adults) you will get a technical error message.
If you are bringing additional adults or children to The Messy Patch, please create a separate booking for them. We know this could be annoying and we are sorry but we have to work within our booking systems capabilities.
