Happimess Party Booking Confirmation 🎉 Thank you for booking your Happimess Party! Your celebration includes exclusive use of our full venue for 2 hours, with space for up to 20 children. Party Schedule • Host arrival: Strictly 15 minutes prior to party start time • First 45 minutes: Free play across our play spaces • Break: BYO morning/afternoon tea • Final 30 minutes: Birthday cake, bubbles, and final play outside What to Bring • BYO tableware, food, and birthday cake Available Party Times • Saturdays: 1–3pm or 4–6pm (summer months only, by request) • Sundays: 9:30am–11:30am • Parties outside these hours may be available — please contact us to discuss. Important Information • Entry to the venue is strictly limited to 15 minutes prior to your party start time • A guest list must be provided before the party so we can check in all guests • Any additional guests will be charged at the door entry rate • Seating is limited, so please consider this before adding extra guests Guest Numbers • All children and adults count toward your total • Please ensure the birthday child is included in your numbers • Babies who are sitting are also counted as a guest
